Marsha, Incredible! That describes both the food and the service from your catering company at Saturday night's party at Sparky's for my husband's 60th birthday. Thank you so much for three fantastic ladies and the scrumptious meal, hors d'oeuvres, cake and coffee. Everything was perfect and I must pass along to you that there were many comments made to me about the great service and the delicious food. Thank you so much for another fabulous & beautiful catering event!! We had the perfect amount of food, which, of course, got rave reviews again!! I tasted all of the vegetarian items---they were delicious. The filo brie bites were to die for! Loved the bruschetta. I honestly don't think I could pick a favorite. THEN, I tried the desserts. They were bliss; loved the cranberry & apricot bars...The Rotari was also a huge hit.

Everyone loved the food! Rave reviews on all & we were asked to have more desserts next year. (I would like to see smaller bite size desserts, too). There were some frittatas left, but other than that, not a bite was left. We also had a lot of comments on how pretty & professional the platters looked.
